First Tier Complaints Report

The Legal Services Board (LSB) defines a complaint an “oral or written expression of dissatisfaction, which alleges that the complainant has suffered (or may suffer) financial loss, distress, inconvenience or other detriment”.

The Faculty Office has published its latest report on first-tier complaints, examining complaints referred to the Approved Complaints Procedures (APC), insights from complaints and the resolution of informal complaints.
