The updated guidance, together will all other UKFIU products, can be accessed via the NCA website using this link: UKFIU Guidance Library

This updated guidance replaces all previous UKFIU guidance, which has now been withdrawn and should be disregarded. We ask that you delete all previous versions of the guidance from your internal systems and external platforms to avoid any confusion.

All regulated notaries are expected to carefully review the updated guidance and ensure that internal policies and procedures are amended to reflect the new guidance, where required.
