Consultation on the proposed practising certificate fee (PCF) 2026/27
The Faculty Office has today launched its consultation on the proposed Practising Certificate Fee (PCF) for the 2026/27 practising year.
We apologise that this consultation has been launched a little later than usual. As a result, the consultation period is slightly shorter and will close on 28 August 2026. This is to ensure that we can submit our application and obtain approval from the Legal Services Board (LSB) in time for the launch of practising certificate renewals in early October.

ZOOM – Consultation Drop-in meeting
Howard Dellar (Registrar) and Neil Turpin (Chief Clerk) will once again be hosting an online ‘drop-in’ via Zoom to discuss any aspect of the proposals set out in this Consultation between 11am and 12 noon on Tuesday 11th August. A link to the meeting is set out below.
