Faculty Office Consumer Survey – November 2024
The Faculty Office is relaunching its Consumer Survey following a relatively low level of engagement in the Summer.
The Survey is an important aspect of the Faculty Office’s regulatory role in seeking information about those using notarial services; but due to the nature of notarial work we are very reliant on notaries in promoting the survey and asking their clients to complete it as we wish to avoid, if possible, having to instruct expensive Market Research Companies to undertake this work on our behalf.
The Consumer Survey will remain open until 31st January 2025 and we would ask every Notary please to encourage at least five clients to complete it in order that we both demonstrate meaningful engagement and obtain useful data.
