Investigators and Prosecutors – call for applications
The Faculty Office is seeking to recruit to its pool of investigators and its pool of prosecutors.
These are separate roles appointed to discharge investigatory and advocacy functions in the case of disciplinary action against notaries within England and Wales. The rules under which such work takes place is the Notaries (Conduct and Discipline) Rules 2026.
These are unsalaried roles but for which fees are paid per case in accordance with the proposed fees order (awaiting approval).
