Practising Certificate Renewal 2025/2026

The window to renew practising certificates is now open until 31 October 2025.  Please login into your NotaryPRO account to complete the application. 

Following feedback, we have made a number of improvements to the renewal forms which can now be saved at any point and you are able to complete the form in any order.  Once you have completed all the questions, all the progress markers will be green, and you can then submit your application and pay the fee.

If you are not planning to renew your practising certificate for the forthcoming year, please let us know by email to faculty.office@1thesanctuary.com

If you are ceasing practice permanently, please let us know to whom your notarial records will be passed in accordance with Rule 26 of the Notaries Practice Rules 2019.
