Review of the Disciplinary System – Consultation Response

The Faculty Office is making changes to the disciplinary system for notaries.

A consultation ran from 27th February until 5th April 2024.

Our response and the latest set of draft revised rules is available to download.

The Faculty Office will now prepare an application to the Legal Services Board for consent to make new rules.
