Update to the Code of Practice: Two New Chapters Added
The Code of Practice has been updated to include two new chapters designed to support notarial practice in a digital and remote working environment.

Please note that the Guidance does not form part of the Code of Practice. Notaries are not require to have regard to it. It does not constitute a definitive statement of law or practice. Instead, it is intended to provide information to notaries on matters relating to electronic documents, electronic signatures and remote appearance.
