Business Plan and PCF Consultation – July 2025
The Faculty Office has launched a joint consultation on its Business Plan for 2025-28 and on the proposed Practising Certificate Fees for the practising year commencing 1st November 2025.
Details on how to respond to the consultation are set out on page 7.
Howard Dellar (Registrar) and Neil Turpin (Chief Clerk) are hosting an online drop-in discussion on the proposals on Friday 1st August 2025 and details of how to join also appear on page 7.
We appreciate that we are approaching peak holiday season but would nevertheless be grateful if you would spend a few minutes reading through the Consultation and letting us have your thoughts and observations.
The Consultation will close at 5pm on Thursday 21st August so that we have time to consider the responses and make an application to the Legal Services Board for approval of the scheme of fees (subject to any comments) in time for the launch of the renewals in the first week of October.
