Consultation on Electronic Documents and Remote Appearance – Code of Practice

Read our response to our consultation on two proposed new chapters of the Code of Practice, concerning:

1.         Electronic documents and electronic notarial acts.

2.         Remote appearance (ie conducting notarial acts using video conferencing).

We expect to publish the two proposed chapters and associated guidance on 17^th June 2026.
